In the Production of steel structures (UCS) of JSC "Uralelectromed" (metallurgical complex UMMC) commissioned a production line for welded grating. The line capacity is 200 tons per month. Investments in the project amounted to 57 million rubles.
– New production primarily satisfy the needs of UMMC enterprises in this product, and will also give the opportunity to enter new markets, – said chief engineer of JSC "Uralelektromed" Alex Korolev.
Line for the production of welded grating has a high degree of automation. It will be the layout, Assembly, welding, cutting metal rods. The parameters of grating are deposited through the touch panel: step a connecting rod, stretching, pressure and current load. The staff is enough to set on the feed table bars and stripes, the other operations are performed in automatic mode. Metallic elements (bars and rods) are welded in just a few seconds by the method of contact svarki.
the Machine allows to produce flooring of various sizes - up to 9 meters in length and up to 1.2 meters in width. According to this product can easily get around the dump trucks with payload capacity of 450 tons.
