PJSC Severstal (MICEX-RTS: CHMF; LSE: SVST), one of the world's leading vertically integrated steel and mining companies, announces the publication of its Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Report 2018 on its corporate website.
The Report reflects Severstal's contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in accordance with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted in 2015 by 193 United Nations member states.
Report of the company in 2018 became the ninth in a row, which passed the procedure of public assurance by the Council of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on Non-Financial Reporting and was prepared according to the international standard for non-financial reporting - the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Guidelines, taking into account the main topics of the Social Responsibility Guidelines (ISO26000 standard) .
