Taiwan Increased Exports of Iron and Steel by 39.3% in January-April

According to preliminary statistics released by Taiwan's Ministry of Finance, the value of Taiwan's iron and steel exports rose 32.8% year on year to $2.10 billion in April this year. In the indicated month, the value of imports of ferrous metallurgy products into the country amounted to $1.54 billion, an increase of 39.1% year on year.

In the first four months of this year, the value of Taiwan's iron and steel exports rose 39.3% to $8.25 billion, while the value of Taiwan's iron and steel imports totaled $5.32 billion, an increase of 30. 8% year on year.
