Industrial output in China grew by 3.5% in January-July 2022
In January-July 2022, China's industrial value-added, an important economic indicator, rose 3.5% year-on-year, according to data released on Monday by the State Bureau of Statistics (GSO) of the PRC.
According to the agency, in July this year, this figure increased by 3.8% in annual terms and 0.38% higher than in June of this year.
Industrial production is used to measure the activity of large enterprises with annual business incomes of 20 million yuan (about US$2.97 million) or more.
