ArcelorMittal Temirtau signed a Memorandum to ensure industrial safety

On Tuesday, Biju Nair, General Director of ArcelorMittal Temirtau, and Mereke Pshembaev, Vice Minister for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

According to the press service of the metallurgical company, this document helps to strengthen joint cooperation in the field of civil protection and contributes to the welfare and protection of the population, the development and implementation of new technologies in the field of industrial safety.

In order to practically achieve the goals of the memorandum, joint participation in the Safety Management System pilot project is envisaged, which consists in using a modern digital system with remote access by employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan to official documentation and digital data of the company's safety personnel.
