Polish Boryszew Group promotes the sale of Rurexpol

The Polish Boryszew Group has announced the signing of an agreement of intent to sell pipe manufacturer Rurexpol, a group company that was liquidated earlier this year and ceased operations. The total value of the transaction is 71.5 million Polish zloty ($19.5 million). It is expected that the agreement will be finalized by October 15 after a comprehensive review by a potential buyer.

According to the statement, the sale applies to real estate, movable property such as machinery and equipment, certificates, concessions, licenses and permits, intellectual property rights, spare parts. stocks of spare parts and technical and technological documentation related to production lines.

If the sale is completed, it will permanently eliminate the possibility of Rurexpol returning to the Czestochowa Metallurgical Plant, where it once operated as a pipe manufacturing unit.
