ArcelorMittal completes sale of Bosnian steel mill
ArcelorMittal completed the sale of its steel mills in Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Bosnian Pavgord Group on October 30 for an undisclosed amount, the steel company said.
The sale was initially announced by[url=https://mccloskey.opisnet.com/content/article/arcelormittal-agrees-sell-zenica-steel-mill]in June 2025. The companies involved include ArcelorMittal Zenica, an integrated steel mill, and ArcelorMittal Prijedor, an iron ore mining facility.
ArcelorMittal Zenica is a producer of long products in blast furnaces with an annual capacity of almost 1 million tons, making it the largest producer in the Balkans. The plant employs more than 2,000 people.
ArcelorMittal's profit and loss report for the third quarter of 2025 is scheduled for November 6.
