Long products prices in Poland remain unchanged amid weak construction sector

Prices for steel rebar and wire rod in Poland did not change during the week until Friday, November 14, due to subdued demand from key sectors, which affected the market, sources said.

"Now is not the best time for the construction industry," one trader told Fastmarkets, adding that the demand for real estate in Poland is still affected by high interest rates.

Other sources reported that demand volumes remained stable and there were no significant changes in the market.
