Kloeckner Acquires Camalloy Stainless Steel Service Center in Pennsylvania

Kloeckner Metals (KMC) has announced the acquisition of the Camalloy stainless steel and aluminum service center in Pennsylvania. This strategic move aims to expand Kloeckner's ability to provide solutions for the entire sector, especially for its core automotive and industrial markets, while supporting a more integrated supply chain in North America, Kallanish said in a press release.

Camalloy serves a diverse regional customer base throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest, reducing lead times and ensuring continued availability of materials. The Washington, Pennsylvania facility serves key markets in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, New York, Indiana, Maryland, Delaware, Kentucky, and West Virginia. This acquisition expands Kloeckner's supply chain in the regions and enhances support for industrial customers.

The 35,000-square-foot facility is equipped with PVC cutting and application equipment, which expands Kloeckner's manufacturing capabilities and expertise.

John Ghanem, Chief Executive of KMC, comments: "Camalloy raises the bar for our non-ferrous metals business by helping us provide faster service and more reliable supplies to stainless steel and aluminum customers."

KMS operates as a subsidiary of Klöckner & A company with approximately 2,800 employees in 45 facilities in the United States and Mexico.
