More than two thousand employees of the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) received awards for the professional holiday — Metallurgist's Day. The achievements of the employees were noted at the state, departmental, regional and corporate levels.
Letters of thanks from the President of the Russian Federation were sent to 12 TMK employees. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation awarded 27 TMK employees the title of "Honorary Metallurgist" and awarded Honorary diplomas to 67 more people. Employees of TMK enterprises have also received awards from regional authorities, departments, and trade union organizations. In addition, the company's employees have traditionally been awarded TMK corporate awards and branch awards for their high production performance and in connection with Metallurgist's Day.
"Over the 25 years of its existence, the company has firmly occupied a leading position in the domestic pipe market, and its employees have made an invaluable contribution to the development of the metallurgical industry. The successful long-term work of the team was marked by the award of the Order "For Valiant Labor", and the current awards confirm the validity of such a high assessment. The professionalism and competence of TMK's employees are the key to the company's further development as an engineering holding company producing high—tech products for a wide range of industries," said Sergey Chikalov, TMK CEO.
The TMK team was awarded the Order of Valiant Labor for their contribution to the development of the metallurgical industry and their labor achievements. Also earlier, in honor of the company's 25th anniversary, more than 800 of its employees received state, departmental, regional and corporate awards. The total number of awardees in 2026 is approaching 3,000.
