Dutch custom sheet metal manufacturer 247TailorSteel has appointed Steven Reuiters as CEO. He previously worked at pipe distributor Royal Van Leeuwen.

Reuiters began his career in 1999 at thyssenkrupp Materials Nederland. After holding several positions, he became a branch director. He moved to Royal Van Leeuwen in 2017 and, from 2024, served as regional managing director for Benelux, responsible for all of the company's operations in the Netherlands and Belgium.

At Royal Van Leeuwen, he led several acquisitions and their integration, as well as major warehouse modernization and digitalization projects, 247TailorSteel said.

Remco Rosman, chairman of 247TailorSteel's supervisory board, said the company plans to continue expanding in the Netherlands and in key growth markets—the DACH countries and Belgium. The announcement did not name Reuiters' predecessor. Carl Berlo became the company's CEO in early 2021.

247TailorSteel has six facilities in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. The company makes custom sheet metal products and was one of the few steel processing and distribution companies represented at Euroblech. Hilko Pruntel also joined the company alongside Reuiters as its new head of coil and strip steel procurement.
