Car sales in the EU in April fell by 76.3%
In April 2020, registration of new passenger cars in the European Union decreased compared with the same period last year by 76.3%. The first full month with the introduction of restrictions COVID-19 resulted in the strongest month-on-month drop in demand for cars since the beginning of the observations said the European automobile manufacturers ' Association (ACEA).
