ALROSA is among the top 10 ESG-ranking RAEX-Europe
the Largest diamond company in the world, ALROSA entered the top 10 of the annual ESG ranking by independent rating agencies RAEX-Europe. The ranking evaluates the companies ' activities in the field of nature protection, social responsibility and corporate governance. In total it includes the 30 largest Russian companies from different sectors.

When compiling ESG-ranking RAEX-Europe takes into account such indicators as water use, waste generation and atmospheric emissions, social costs and investments in human capital, frequency of accidents, the proportion of independent members in the Board of Directors, the proportion of shares in free float and the company's position in the ranking of "Transparency in corporate reporting" Transparency International.
ALROSA is included in the international FTSE4Good index series global index provider FTSE, Russell data, which measures the performance of companies that demonstrate high performance in the field ESG. In addition, ALROSA has a rating of BB to the MSCI ESG rating framework that evaluates environmental, social responsibility and corporate governance. The company also is in the top 10 of the rating the environmental responsibility of mining companies in Russia, developed at the initiative of the world wildlife Fund (WWF) of Russia and UNDP/GEF/Ministry of Russia.
In 2019, ALROSA has received the prize of the Diamond Empowerment Fund (DEF) for the implementation of social projects for local communities (Community Stewardship).
