Installation of the first mine hoisting machine of Uralmashzavod began in Altai
At the Korbalikhinsky mine of Sibir-Polymetals JSC (an enterprise of the UMMC raw materials complex), the installation of the first of two mine hoisting machines manufactured by Uralmashzavod has begun.
JSC Siberia-Polymetals is developing the largest polymetallic ore deposit in Russia. Its reserves amount to 26 million tons of ore with a high zinc content, as well as copper, lead, gold and silver. Mine hoists produced by UZTM are intended for the new mine of the Korbalikhinsky mine. Skip winder 5x4 will be used to lift minerals from a depth of 1100 m, cage winder 3.25x4 - mine personnel.
Under the contract, UZTM, together with the machines, for the first time supplies the entire set of equipment for equipping the shaft of a mine: skips, a set of equipment for their loading, stands, counterweights, lifting and balancing ropes, shock-absorbing devices, etc.
Both mine winders will be installed outside the mine, on the surface. Therefore, the delivery set included hammering pulleys that serve to guide the ropes into the trunk. Previously, Uralmashzavod did not manufacture this equipment.
