08.07.2026TMK announced a new industrial tourism route at INNOPROM
The Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) at the International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM-2026 acted as a partner of the pitch session "Everything to the factory: best practices and new opportunities for industrial tourism". At the event, TMK representatives shared their experience in developing this area in the company and announced a new excursion route at the Sinar Pipe Plant (SinTZ, TMK branch).
Ivan Kulikov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and Alexey Orlov, Head of Yekaterinburg, took part in the event as speakers.
During the session, graduates of the municipal program "Industrial Tourism" and the fifth stream of the accelerator of industrial tourism of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) "Open Industry" presented ready-made excursion products in the pitching format. Federal and regional experts gave recommendations for their improvement, and also evaluated the presentations according to the following criteria: career guidance potential, readiness to receive business delegations, safety and entertainment of the route, marketing packaging.
Anna Trepalova, Head of TMK's Industrial tourism department, spoke at the session as an expert. She presented the projects implemented in TMK's branches, and also appreciated the work of other enterprises.
"TMK has a unique resource — we show a wide audience not only production, but also painting, theatrical performances, contemporary art, and industrial design. This is important both for external visitors and for our employees.: This is how a corporate culture and a comfortable factory environment are formed. Thus, we strengthen the positive image of the Russian industry in the eyes of all our target audiences," said Anna Trepalova.
Lidiya Sokolova, Head of the Public Relations and Government Department at SinTZ, presented the draft of a new industrial route "Sinarsky Pipe Plant: a fusion of traditions and Innovations", which is scheduled to be launched in Kamensk-Uralsky in the fall of 2026.
"The main attraction of our route is a unique exposition of more than 160 steel pipes, located in the SinTZ training center. In addition to career guidance, attracting new employees and strengthening the employer's brand, we set ourselves an ambitious goal — to create a positive image of the metallurgical industry. In 2025, our company was visited by 1,300 guests, primarily schoolchildren and students. Launching a new sightseeing route will allow us to reach a wider audience and increase the number of visitors," Lidia Sokolova said.
