The property includes a tool shop, an electroplating workshop and a machining workshop with modern machines and technologies, including robotic lines for powder coating products. All sections are equipped with operating crane beams of various tonnages. The facility is fully equipped with utilities. There is a free access for trucks on a ramp basis with an extensive parking area. The land plot allows you to expand production. It is possible to purchase equipment separately for 350 million rubles or premises and territory for 600 million rubles.
According to SPARK-Interfax, the company's address was previously occupied by the Non—Ferrous Casting Plant - Advanced Technologies, but in 2019 the organization was excluded from the unified state register of legal entities due to inaccurate information. The parent company of the enterprise was the Technopromexpert Management Company located in the neighboring building, which was liquidated by the Federal Tax Service in 2021 for the same reason. The address of this organization used to be home to LLC "Non-ferrous Casting Plant", which was declared insolvent in 2022.
In 2021, the furniture manufacturer from Orel, Modul Service LLC, became an investor in the bankrupt enterprise, and in 2023 the plant was separated as a separate organization. The owner of the plant is Sergey Vorobyov, CEO and founder of Module Service.
