Promsort-Tula has mastered the production of long products from new steel grades
Rolled products are intended for shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, pipe and oil and gas industries.
In the first quarter of 2025, the plant mastered the production of long products from alloy grades 30X, 45X, 35XGSA, 20KHN3A and 30KHGSN2A. In the two extreme brands, the content of alloyed elements is about 3.5%, they have become the most complex alloyed in the company's portfolio.
The plant continues work on the development of rolled products for shipbuilding. In particular, the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping has issued a certificate of manufacturer's recognition regarding the production of long-range rolled billets with a diameter of up to 100 mm for ship profiles.
The company is also developing the production of rolled products for the pipe and oil and gas industries.
Promsort-Tula manufactures and supplies a wide range of products for various industries: construction, mechanical engineering, hardware industry. In 2024, the company mastered 12 new steel grades, 15 new profiles — 2 shaped and 13 long, 200 new markoprofilerazmer. In the first quarter of 2025, 63 new markoprofilerazers have already been mastered.
