The Ministry of Industry and Trade, Sverdlovsk Region and Cyberstal have signed a special investment contract
Anton Alikhanov, Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Denis Pasler, Acting Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, and Stanislav Veliky, CEO of Cyberstal, signed a SPIC at Innoprom for the implementation of the investment project Modernization of the production of seamless cold-formed stainless steel pipes.
The 60-120 sewing mill is designed for the production of cold-formed pipes by deforming a hot billet and includes a whole range of equipment that allows pre-cutting, sorting and centering of the pipe billet. Illustrative photo: "Cyberstal".
The large–scale CYBERSTEEL technical re-equipment project, worth more than 12 billion rubles, will increase the capacity for the production of cold-formed pipes from 8.8 thousand to 15 thousand tons of pipes per year, as well as import substitution of tool, fuel, heat exchange pipes, titanium alloy pipes and exclusive products - high-thickness pipes.
Thanks to the introduction of new pipe manufacturing technologies and the opening of one of the most modern CYBERLAB R&D centers in the industry, the company is working on the development of new types of products, including nickel alloy pipes and tool pipes according to international standards ASTM 312, ASTM 269, EN10216-5.
As part of the SPIC, the company receives unchanged business conditions, tax benefits and other preferences, Denis Pasler said. According to him, the company, in turn, undertakes to implement a project to modernize the production of seamless pipes from stainless steel grades.

Earlier, the Federal Fund for Industrial Development provided the company with preferential financing for the expansion of production of seamless stainless pipes and the introduction of an automated production management system.
