Operational access to the up-to-date map has become available to employees with appropriate authority, anywhere on the territory of the enterprise. The system automatically records the movement of wagons, registers the arrival of new trains and displays the cargo load in color, allowing users to quickly find the right wagon according to the specified parameters and quickly make decisions on its movement.

It allowed us to optimize the production process and increase the efficiency of staff: it freed up 250 working hours per year. The unique digital product was developed by specialists from the Department of automated process Control systems and the railway workshop, without the involvement of contractors.

Ashinsky Metal Plant in the Chelyabinsk Region describes itself as a compact, modern, multidisciplinary production facility that is one of the top five suppliers of thick-rolled products made of carbon, low-alloy, structural and alloy grades of steel. More than 80% of the products of sheet rolling mill No. 1 are sold on the Russian domestic market.

The company claims to be the CIS market leader in amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys and the largest Russian manufacturer of household and family goods made of stainless steel and carbon steel. About 700 items of products under the AMET trademark are widely known to consumers in all corners of the country.
