"Ashinsky Metallurgical Plant" completed the overhaul of mill 2850
The work was carried out according to a four-stage schedule with a complete shutdown of the unit.

For the first time in the history of the plant, such a large-scale repair was carried out solely by the specialists of the enterprise itself. This reduced the downtime of the equipment and made efficient use of resources.
The mill has updated key components of the unit, including the main and working crates, conducted an audit of the main electric motors, repaired the spindle chair, lifting and swinging tables and the rocking mechanism of the control system, restored auxiliary systems - lubrication, hydraulics, furnace mechanisms and rollers.
According to the company, due to regular major repairs and upgrades, Mill 2850, which has been operating at the plant since 1952, continues to produce competitive products and will perform production tasks until the launch of the new mill 2800. This guarantees stable production volumes and the confidence of the plant's partners in the quality of supplies.
