Antimonopoly service of Russia proposes the mandatory sale of scrap metal through the stock exchange
the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) of Russia offers to oblige state companies to sell on the exchange all formed they scrap on the exchange. The project is aimed at the Russian government headquarters.
