Novinsky and Kiselyov was taken out by Russian sanctions
Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin excluded from the Russian sanctions list of Vadim Novinsky and Andrey Kiselyov, who fell under the sanctions in 2018.

In the document the names of the entrepreneurs are not named, but indicated that excluded "paragraphs 216 and 358" from the Annex to the government decision no. 1300 dated November 1, 2018. In this resolution numbered 216 and 358 are of the Lord Kiselev and Novinsky.
Andrey Kiselev is the founder of the industrial-financial company "Ukrnet", which was included in Forbes compiled the ranking of the largest Ukrainian companies (in 2014, the company occupied 65-e a place).
Vadim Novinsky — co-owner of a mining and metallurgical group "Metinvest" and the basic owner "a Smart-groups". Forbes in 2019 estimated his fortune at one billion dollars.
