Eurasian Economic Union imposed duties on metals from Azerbaijan

The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission adopted decision to introduce anti-dumping duties on aluminum tape originating from the Republic of Azerbaijan and the People's Republic of China and imported into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The duty applies to rectangular (including square) flat aluminum products, rolled or not rolled, with a thickness of more than 0.2 mm but less than 3 mm, with or without coating. This anti-dumping measure is valid for 5 years.

The duty rates for the Azerbaijani company Azeraluminium LLC are set at 16.18%, for the Chinese Nantong Hengjin Composite Material - 13.14%.

The state bodies of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, authorized in the field of customs, were instructed to ensure the collection of the anti-dumping duty provided for by the adopted decision, guided by both the EAEU nomenclature of goods subject to foreign trade codes and the name of the goods.
