Energomashspetsstal shareholders decided to reduce production of steel and forgings in 2021

Energomashspetsstal hosted an annual general meeting of shareholders on the results of the activities of PJSC EMSS for 2020 and the prospects for work in 2021. The shareholders identified the main areas of activity of PJSC Energomashspetsstal in 2021 as sales of marketable products in the amount of UAH 3.4 billion, compared to UAH 3.324 billion in 2020.

The plant plans to melt electric steel in the amount of 57,639 tons (62.5 thousand tons in 2020), make castings - 4,239 tons (4.6 thousand tons in 2020) and forgings - 32 502 tons (43, 6 thousand tons in 2020).

“The enterprise continues to successfully develop products for the nuclear industry. It is this area of ​​activity that is currently the main factor in the survival and development of our enterprise, ”says the report of the General Director of PJSC Energomashspetsstal prepared for the meeting of shareholders.

The report notes that, along with production tasks, one of the main directions of the strategy of PJSC Energomashspetsstal is purposeful work to ensure the social protection of employees: PJSC Energomashspetsstal does its best to maintain production potential and highly qualified personnel, despite the prevailing military-political, economic conditions and epidemiological situation in the country and the world. The growth of the average wage over the past year amounted to 17.1% and its level reached UAH 19 595.8. ”

Energomashspetsstal is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of special cast and forged products of individual and small-scale production for metallurgy, shipbuilding, energy (wind, steam, hydro, nuclear) and general mechanical engineering.
