Novokramatorsk Machine Building Plant shipped a skip mine hoist to Kazakhstan
At the end of October, the Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant dispatched a skip mine hoisting machine ШПМ ЦШ-5х8в to the Sokolovskaya mine of the Sokolovo-Sarbay mining and processing production association (Republic of Kazakhstan). This is the fourth of various types of mine hoisting machines designed, manufactured and shipped to customers this year by the division of mining and forging equipment at NKMZ.
Mine winders TsSh-5x8v are one of the most productive mine hoisting machines in the world market, lifting 60 tons of iron ore from a depth of more than 700 meters in one lift. By type, it belongs to multi-rope machines that lift vessels due to the forces of friction between the drum lining and the rope.
ShPM TsSh-5x8v is installed on a tower headframe, equipped with two lifting motors of 3800 kW each, has a traction sheave with a diameter of 5 meters with eight strands for lifting ropes. In its design, to transmit the required torque, there are eight lined streams with a removable lining made of modern German material Becorit with a high coefficient of friction. The machine is also equipped with four spring-load shoe brakes for reliable braking, ease of setup and maintenance.
Currently, the division of mining and forging equipment is producing one more mine hoisting machine - ShPM 2Ts-6,4x2,4 TD for TNK Kazchrome JSC (Republic of Kazakhstan). Its assembly will begin in December.
