Dnipro Metallurgical Plant restores production volumes

Dneprovsky Metallurgical Plant (DMZ, Dnepr), a member of DCH Steel of Alexander Yaroslavsky's DCH Group, increased production in November 2021 compared to October, but has not yet reached last year's figures.

So, in November 2021, DMZ reduced pig iron production compared to the same period in 2020 by 10.4%, to 22.3 thousand tons, steel - by 25.7%, to 20.2 thousand tons, rolled products - by 39.3%, to 16.5 thousand tons. Coke production increased by 7.1% to 42.9 thousand tons.

As previously reported, in October 2021, DMZ produced 16.3 thousand tons of pig iron, 15 thousand tons of steel, 11.4 thousand tons of rolled metal and 42 thousand tons of coke.

For 11 months of 2021, DMZ produced 250.6 thousand tons of pig iron, 245.1 thousand tons of steel, 197.8 thousand tons of rolled products, 439.5 thousand tons of coke.
