The State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine held the second auction in 2022, at which it sold 14 special permits for subsoil plots with deposits of amber, raw sand and gravel and boulders, peat, sand, primary kaolin, pegmatite (feldspar), stone , gabbro-diabase, granite.
The most interesting was the Vyshgorodsky site with deposits of ordinary sand. 10 participants competed for this lot. During the competition, the sale price of the plot increased 175 times from UAH 200,390 to UAH 35,020,000, making this lot the most expensive during the auction.

In 2021, e-bidding was announced for a record number of subsoil plots, 160 of them received special permits.
