The Vakhitovsky District Court of the Russian city of Kazan at the beginning of last month decided to arrest in absentia a Ukrainian businessman - the owner and president of the DCH group Alexander Yaroslavsky. The DCH group includes one of the largest metallurgical enterprises in Dnipro and Ukraine as a whole.
“The decision of the Vakhitovsky court in Kazan (RF) should be considered solely as illegal persecution, motivated by the context of the current political situation, and not by the legal position ”, the DCH statement says.
The decision of the Russian court was preceded by the arrest and blocking of the property of Tatnafta (Tatarstan, RF) in Ukraine.
