Group Aleksandr Yaroslavskyy's DCH in 2020 intends to begin implementation of the redevelopment project areas of the Kharkov tractor plant (HTZ) in multifunctional ecosystem for business "Ecopolis HTZ", which will include five phases of implementation and is expected to be completed until 2033, reports the all-Ukrainian Association of industrial parks in Facebook.

In the project it is planned to invest about a billion dollars. The total area of "Ekopolis HTZ" exceeds 150 hectares within Kharkiv, the area of buildings and structures of more than 550 thousand sq. m.
Existing tractor plant will be one of the anchor residents of the "Ecopolis" and the Technopark will become the future residence of the IT industry in Kharkov.
