Turboatom will not sell in turbo mode - Milovanov
the issue of privatization of "Turboatom" must be approached very carefully. On 5 December, during a visit to the company said the Minister of economic development, trade and agriculture Tymofiy mylovanov.
"the Visit to Turboatom has strengthened me in the opinion that the issue of privatization of Turboatom should be viewed from all sides. You need to think how to do it most effectively. You need to weigh what makes sense for 100% privatisation or, maybe we should privatize 10%, or even pass those of the company (meaning Turboatom and Elektrotyazhmash - ed.) to the Fund of national prosperity and wealth and to leave the property of the state," said Milovanov.
According to him, if "Turboatom" is still to be privatized is critical, who will become the owner of the company.
"Some owners may be interested in stopping this company. That can't happen. We need owners who will save jobs, technology and will to invest in development. It is necessary to provide," said Milovanov.
Answering the question of whether privatization is possible only "Electrotyazhmash" although the company is working in constant conjunction with the "Turboatom" Milovanov said:
"it is Clear that the issue of bundles of Electrotyazhmash and Turboatom is strategic. I am sure that the government will pay sufficient attention to this issue to find out exactly how and when to conduct the privatization and whether to hold it at all."
According to him, the absolute priority is the question of the efficiency of enterprises.
"there are No quick ill-considered steps will not. I will do everything possible and all dependent on me to Turboatom, Elektrotyazhmash and other businesses has been effective, developed, had good owners - private or in the face of the state and was provided with orders," summed up Milovanov.
during the visit, General Director of "Turboatom" Victor Subbotin has shown to the Minister for main production shops, where Tymofiy mylovanov talked with the factory workers. The Minister also visited the Museum of the history of the company.
