"ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" got the first in Ukraine modernized mainline locomotive

NTRZ Design Bureau together with the Ukrainian partners developed a project – from design to implementation. The result from the old machine remained only the frame and wheels, all the stuffing has been completely updated. Now he has advanced diesel engine the company AVS (Belgium), the latest engine control system Heinzmann (Germany), rotary vane compressor of joint production with the Italian company Mattei, modern traction units alternating current ("GP Electrotyazhmash"), and microprocessor control system of locomotive. The new machine will be able to carry more cargo and consume less fuel than standard series 2TE10M.
this week is actually built from the ground up, the locomotive will be involved in two careers "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" for the removal of rock mass. Two-piece locomotive can pull the train of ten box cars with rock weighing up to 1500 tons. The possibility of a single-section locomotive with half the 750 tons.

Total fleet of locomotives for the mining industry is 46 machines for the metallurgical – 126. All major mining and metallurgical enterprises in Ukraine 172 of the locomotive. Four locomotive "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" is planning to purchase in 2020.
