Zelensky suggested Goncharuk make unbundling economy Milovanova
the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky met with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexey Goncharuk and put before the government a number of urgent tasks.
In particular, they discussed optimizing the work of the Cabinet, the calculation of fair salaries to Ministers and top managers of state companies, the release of the heads of ministries who have not reached real results, and dialogue with the Parliament.
"we Have had some consolidation of ministries. I think from the beginning it was the right decision ... because we have a professional staff shortages ... and we had a very large budget. But I think time has shown that some ministries should be divided. We see that there are questions to the Ministry of the economy, because it takes care of everything, including agriculture. Now I think we need a new concept, a new approach. Maybe this applies to the Ministry of culture and the Ministry of veterans. I want to see from you these proposals," said Zelensky.
Ministry of economic development and trade was established by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk on 20 August 2014. September 2, 2019 it was renamed the Ministry of economic development, trade and agriculture of Ukraine. The new Minister was Tymofiy mylovanov, who before held the post of Deputy head of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine. It Milovanov was organizing a week-long training of the party "servant of the people" in Truskavets.
August 29, at the first session of the 9th convocation of the Verkhovna Rada approved the new composition of the Cabinet. The new government consists of 15 ministries instead of the 19 that were in the Cabinet Groisman. In the new Cabinet comprises 17 Ministers instead of 25 as before. Also removed first Deputy Prime Minister and reduced the number of posts of Deputy Prime Ministers from six to two.
