EAAC extended anti-dumping duties on Ukrainian steel shafts for rolling mills

the Board of the Eurasian economic Commission took the solution extend to February 28, 2022, inclusive anti-dumping measures established by decision of the Customs Union Commission of 9 December 2011 № 904 (subject to extension of validity of the said measures on the basis of the decision of Board of the Euroasian economic Commission from January 20, 2015 No. 3), in respect of imported into the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union forged steel rolls for metal rolling mill originating from Ukraine.

the Department of Antimonopoly regulation of the Eurasian economic Commission is mandated to carry out monitoring of the prices of steel rolls for rolling mills on the market of the Eurasian economic Union in order to prevent unjustified price increases by producers of the member States of the Eurasian economic Union in conditions of application of anti-dumping measures.

Recall that the decision of the Customs Union Commission of December 9, 2011 No. 904 was adopted to establish an anti-dumping duty on Ukrainian rolls in the amount of 26 percent from customs value.
