EAEC notified of completion of the review of measures in respect of imports of Ukrainian steel wheels
the Department of domestic market protection of Eurasian economic Commission adopted the solution on the completion of the repeated anti-dumping investigations against steel solid-rolled wheels originating from Ukraine and imported on customs territory of the EAEU, says the report of the Commission on Wednesday.
the Department pointed out that as a result of the investigation, anti-dumping measures resumed on 2 June 2020. Date of completion of the reinvestigation is June 9, 2020.
Previously coalsalesthat the Federal Antimonopoly service of the Russian Federation appealed to the Eurasian economic Commission with a request not to renew anti-dumping duties against Ukrainian steel wheels.
Duties 34,22% for railway wheels Ukrainian industrial group, Interpipe was first introduced by the Eurasian economic Commission (EEC) in April 2018 for the treatment of the Russian manufacturers of wheels, the Vyksa metallurgical plant (VMZ, part of OMK Anatoly Sedykh) and Nizhny Tagil metallurgical plant (NTMK) Evraz Roman Abramovich and partners.
