Novokramatorsk Machine Building Plant manufactured a lift for a gold mine in Uzbekistan
At the Novokramatorsk machine-building plant in the division of mining and forging-pressing equipment, a skip mine hoisting machine SHPM MPMN-3,15x4 is being prepared for shipment to the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Plant (Republic of Uzbekistan), designed to lift gold-bearing ore.
This is a geared drive multi-rope mine hoist with two four-strand lined pulleys. It has a diameter along the rope axis of 3.15 m and operates with four ropes.
This machine is equipped with shoe brakes installed not on the frame, as in the main serial machines, but on a stationary foundation, which provides it with increased reliability and ease of maintenance of the units.
Copr pulleys of the machine are made lined, split, have the ability to independently rotate relative to each other. The rope stream is additionally lined with synthetic material with a low friction coefficient. This allows you to compensate for uneven pulling of the rope and its wear, and also prolongs the life of the pulleys and the winder in general.
Today, NKMZ JSC is mastering the production of mine hoisting machines with drums less than 3.5 m in diameter. Previously, the enterprise produced only machines with a diameter greater than this value.
This is the second such mine for gold miners in Uzbekistan. The first one was shipped in August and is a cage, that is, it is intended for lifting /lowering people and equipment.
