Moscow May 23. From May 23 to 27, 2022 in Moscow at the Central Exhibition Complex "Expocentre", the company "ESAB", one of the leaders in the production of equipment and consumables for welding and cutting, will take part in the exhibition "Metalworking 2022". At its stand, the company will present an updated range of consumables and equipment from Russia, India, China, Malaysia, the UAE, as well as the Combirex DX portal plasma cutting machine.
The Combirex DX gantry machine was developed as a universal tool designed for productions of any scale. The modular design and the choice of possible cutter stations make it possible to optimize the machine for most tasks of industrial enterprises.
The features of the DMX chamfer cutting system installed on the Combirex DX machine are high performance, Direct Drive technology and SmartBevel™ technology.
The Combirex DX plasma head is equipped with the iSeries 400 plasma cutting system, which allows cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as aluminum without loss of speed and quality.
With "ESAB" DMX, you can also use QuickPierce and SquareCut technologies. QuickPierce technology works by increasing the pressure of plasma gas during punching, and SquareCut allows high-speed and high-quality cutting of steel at speeds 2-3 times higher than in standard modes, due to the use of a higher cutting current and compensation of the angle of inclination of the edge by the tilt of the plasmatron.
Among the company's other cutting solutions, the Cutmaster 120 and Handyplasma 45 will be presented.
Also, guests will be able to see both the familiar line of standard equipment and new models from the factories of the company "ESAB" in India and China. Traditionally, demonstration welding on Rogue ES and ET, Handy Arc 162, LHN250i Plus and Fabricator EM500 + FF 364 devices will be held at the stand, some of the components of which are localized and manufactured in Russia.
In addition, the company will take part in a block of the business program dedicated to personnel training. As part of the presentation, the Federal Center for Welding Competencies, created on the basis of the company's technology center in Krasnogorsk, will be presented for the first time. It is planned that its tasks will include the introduction of new educational processes and programs to popularize the welder's profession, as well as the training of highly qualified specialists and technologists.
