steel and mining companies, sets automatic systems
counting of the emissions of polluting substances in atmospheric air in consoildation
the production Cherepovets steel mill (CHerMK).
according to General Director of "Severstal Russian steel"
Evgeny Vinogradov, the purpose of the automatic control system composition
of waste gases – operational management of technology agglomeration in
sinter plants No. 2 and 3. To implement this, the specialists are going through
measurement online concentration specific for the production of
iron ore sinter substances and process parameters. In the present
time these parameters are controlled by instrumental methods employees
a specialized organization of LLC "Gormash-Yul".
the New equipment includes the installation of gas, dustmeters,
sensors determine the flow rate of the gas mixture and other related
equipment in eight existing sintering machines CHerMK. Collection, processing
information and data transmission will be of special software
software.
"At the moment, completed installation of basic equipment and start
starting-up and adjustment works, to finish them it is planned in the first half of 2020,
– says Evgeny Vinogradov. – The cost of investment measures
makes about 180 million rubles. After passing the metrological certification of the
system will be allowed to operate. The expected decrease in emissions of polluting
substances after the system is installed and operating control technology
agglomeration will be about 2 580 tons."
