In technology of roll casting uses a special molding sand. Their production and launched SPV. In the mix are sand, clay, refractory fillers, binders, additives and water. Each component is covered in a separate bin, the operator from the control panel sets the necessary parameters, the control system in accordance with the "recipe" produces the required amount of ingredients. They ascend the conveyor, are filled into a special container, where there is a mix. The resulting mixture is discharged into a container.
Also, the complex includes a laboratory where specialists carefully inspect the received products.
On the stage of development of the equipment have been received better mixes than those used today in the enterprise – from the viewpoint of strength properties, gas permeability, and surface finish of the castings obtained on these mixtures.
a Complex for the manufacture of mixtures is fully automated and meets all the necessary requirements. Its capacity is 250 tons per month. And current market conditions and planned company increase production to 18,000 tons per year indicate that the need for molding compounds will increase.
with the introduction of the new complex SPV can not only reduce production costs, but also increase the assortment. So, in the near future it is planned to establish the production of rolls of large diameter.
in addition, the development of new products confirms the status of the plant as a socially oriented enterprise. The introduction of the new line helped to create new jobs, hi – tech, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
In the next three years at the Magnitogorsk plant of rolling rolls, in the framework of the technical upgrading program must receive heat treatment furnace, centrifugal casting machine rolls, milling and boring, roll grinding and roll machines.
