On Uchalinskiy GOK (enterprise resource complex of UMMC) has started the final phase of introduction of automatic system for technical energy accounting (collapse). The project is implemented in order to improve the efficient use of natural resources – water, gas, heat and electric energy.
On the power equipment of the workshops of the factory installed flow meters included in the computer program of accounting of resources. Software capabilities allow real-time monitoring of performance indicators, conversion and transmission of energy, to trace the process load on the equipment.
"Thanks to the automated records data we can see and analyze the parameters of any installation, to quickly identify and eliminate energy loss, reducing all types of costs, increase of efficiency of production", - said chief engineer of JSC "Uchalinskiy GOK" Eugene Khodakov.
the collapse also allows to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of technical solutions for modernization of equipment. The program can perform a comparative analysis of how they have influenced economic and technical indicators of the modernized mechanism.
"we found an example of one of the shops, which replaced the impeller of the pumping unit to reduce the pressure while maintaining the same performance. Calculations in the system coincided with the actual values: as expected, replacing the electricity consumption of the electric pump unit reduced by 30%", - said the chief specialist of chief power engineer Department Alexei Semenov.
At the moment, the collapse is already working in terms of electricity, hot water, use of technical (industrial) water production and consumption of compressed air. Full swing work on the inclusion of automatic drainage system, ongoing commissioning on objects of gas supply. The time of collapse around the power equipment of the plant is the fourth decade of 2020.
