MMK Trading House received RSPM awards

Every year RSPM holds three All-Russian contests: “The Best Metal Depot in Russia”, “The Best Service Metal Center in Russia” and “The Best Sales Network in Russia”. The purpose of these competitions is to popularize advanced achievements and practices in organizing the distribution of metal products, developing warehouse and metal service services in the Russian metal market. Network and regional metal trading companies, sales networks of metallurgical companies, metal depots and service metal centers take part in the competitions. This year, the participants submitted applications for 99 objects, so the jury had a difficult task to determine the leading companies. The awards ceremony for the 2020 competition laureates took place on November 9 at the end of the 23rd International Conference “Russian Metal Market.” The awards were given to LLC Trading House MMK (TD MMK) and its separate divisions that are part of its branch network. TD MMK itself was one of the winners in the competition for distribution networks in the category "Best Federal Distribution Network". In the competition for service metal centers, the production division of TD MMK "Shchelkovo" was awarded in the nomination "The best specialized SMC for the processing of galvanized and painted steel." in Yekaterinburg won in the nomination "The best metal warehouse in the Urals", and the division in Volgograd - in the nomination "The best metal warehouse in the South of Russia". In addition, Warehouse Complexes MMK Trading House - Barnaul and MMK Trading House - Krasnoyarsk received laureates' diplomas of the Best Metal Depot in Russia'2020 competition. the main task of which is the sale of metal products from the plant and other enterprises of the MMK Group. The company currently has over 30 separate subdivisions in Russia covering all leading industrial centers, as well as five subdivisions in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The MMK Trading House, which has a developed warehouse network, promotes the products of the plant and the enterprises of the MMK Group to small businesses. strengthening positions in the end-user segment, as well as developing market niches, for example, the segment of high-strength and wear-resistant rolled products. The company plays an important role in the sales structure of PJSC MMK, reducing the waiting time for products by consumers, providing service and logistics services. In 2019, TD MMK was recognized as a leader in import substitution in the framework of the Competitive Sales Leader 2019 award.
