Chief engineer Sergei Nemykin will temporarily act as the managing director of the enterprise.

Oleg Mikhailov has been working at Lebedinsky GOK since 2006 - as Deputy Chief Engineer, then Chief Engineer. Since 2011, he was the managing director of the plant.
During the leadership of Oleg Yuryevich, the team of Lebedinsky GOK was awarded the gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation for the achieved labor success and high performance in production activities.
Sergei Nemykin began his career at Lebedinsky GOK as a process engineer in 2003, later held various positions, was the head of the processing plant, production director, in 2019 he was appointed chief engineer of the plant.
