At the end of June, DIOXID LLC shipped a cryogenic gasifier GCK-10/1, 6 for the RUSAL Armenal plant.
RUSAL Armenal CJSC is the only manufacturer of aluminum foil in the Caucasus and Central Asia and one of the most modern and technologically advanced plants in the world. It was launched by RUSAL as part of the Kanaker Aluminum Plant.The plant in Armenia plans to open a new production line in the near future, which requires expanding the fleet of equipment for working with aluminum. That is why there was a need to buy cryogenic gasifiers for argon. One delivery was won and carried out by a manufacturer from Europe, and the other delivery was left to LLC "DIOXID".
The gasifier was made in a horizontal design for convenience and prompt placement on the customer's site.

- Working medium: argon
GHK-10/1, 6 will be used as an argon source for welding operations. Argon welding is the only way to get a strong connection. The problem of welding aluminum is that there is a sufficiently strong inert oxide film on its surface, which does not allow using other welding methods.
At the moment, the process of concluding a contract for commissioning, as well as installation supervision, is underway between the enterprises "DIOXID" and "RUSAL Armenal".
