NLMK Group, an international metallurgical company, announces the appointment of Vyacheslav Vorotnikov as Managing Director of the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant on August 5, 2019, who previously held the position of NLMK's Production Planning and Organization Director.
Sergey Filatov, who worked as a manager director since 2012, decided to leave his post for family reasons. He will continue to work in the company as an advisor to the President of NLMK Group.

Vyacheslav Vorotnikov has been working at NLMK since 1975. From 1979 to 1998, he held various positions in the cold-rolled steel divisions. From 1998 to 2000 - Deputy Director for Sales, from 2000 to 2010 - Deputy Director for Production. From 2010 to the present, he headed the Directorate for Planning and Organization of Production.
