Weighing system for loaders "Plastron"
The logistical movement of various cargoes with loading and unloading operations, quarrying and work related to the processing of bulk materials require certain accounting. Such accounting in most cases is possible only with the help of a weighing procedure, which:
- Significantly increases the execution time of technological activities.
- Requires additional labor and energy resources.
MACON's own development, called Plastron Scales allows you to radically and effectively solve all of the above tasks. This equipment is installed on loading equipment and automatically weighs the cargo processed with the help of a loader.
Principle of operation and installation
Weighing of cargo moved by loading equipment with the help of Plastron scales is carried out through the use of a whole system of sensors connected in a single circuit. Depending on the type of equipment - front or fork loaders, excavators, sensors take parameters:
- Arrow positions.
- Pressures in hydraulic cylinders.
- Inclination of the technique relative to the plane of the surface.
Their readings are processed and the final result (mass) is displayed on the control display located in the cab. Devices, regardless of the model, are supplied by the developer in a complete set, including all consumables necessary for installation (cables, fasteners, fuses). Additionally, a thermal printer can be supplied and installed to print the readings of weighing equipment.
The certified measurement accuracy of Plastron scales does not exceed 1% of the total mass of the processed cargo. The time of installation, connection to the power system and debugging of the kit is from 8 to 12 hours, depending on the type of equipment. More detailed information about the technical characteristics of the equipment is available on the website of MAKON LLC. Purchase and delivery is carried out online. For consultation on the resource, there is an option to contact a technical manager who will answer all your questions and help with placing an order.
