Successful completion of the harvesting season and purchase of truck scales
By the end of the harvesting season, agricultural enterprises begin to purchase the necessary equipment for the next season. Automobile scales are often also purchased in the autumn-winter period, when it becomes clear how much it costs to ship the assembled products.
Also, the excitement in the market of weight measuring equipment subsides, free construction and installation teams appear, production is not so busy, and most importantly, the cost of the metal from which truck scales are made goes down. The foundation for truck scales can be built down to -10 degrees, in compliance with all possible building standards, without losing the quality of the product.
Recently, a project was completed to supply 80 tons of truck scales for one of the leading agricultural enterprises in the Tula region. At the end of the harvesting season, the company's management decided to purchase truck scales for the needs of the enterprise. After a thorough analysis of existing manufacturers, several manufacturers were selected, to whom they sent a request for the supply of scales. Having received such a request, our specialists held telephone conversations with the customer's representatives, clarified the needs and proposed the optimal ASP 80-18-3 scale model.
This model of truck scales is ideal for working with heavy cargo flow for a long time, without loss of performance and weighing accuracy. After considering all the proposals, the choice was made in favor of our equipment. By signing the necessary documents, the date for the start of construction work and the deadlines for the implementation of the entire project were also set. The weigher's room was additionally added to the project, taking into account weighing in all weather conditions. On the part of the customer, all the necessary equipment was provided to perform construction and installation work.
Within the established deadlines, work was completed on the construction of a monolithic foundation for the installation of strain gauge equipment and a load receiving platform. After the installation, reference weights were delivered to perform fine tuning of truck scales. Upon reaching accurate readings between the load on the platform and the weighing terminal, the scales were handed over to representatives of the local branch of the CSM for the initial state verification. Verification of the truck scale data fully confirmed all the declared metrological characteristics of the equipment and a mark was received on passing the verification.
