ESAB welding materials and equipment were presented at the Welding and Cutting 2024 exhibition in Minsk
In April 2024, the 23rd international exhibition “Welding and Cutting” was held in the capital of the Republic of Belarus. New and well-proven welding inverters from ESAB were presented by its official distributor - MDF-KL LLC.
Guests of the company's stand were presented with a semi-automatic welding machine ESAB Transmig 500 DP, designed for high-performance welding of carbon, stainless steels and aluminum alloys, as well as a compact semi-automatic machine ESAB Rogue EMP 210 PRO, which is suitable for the production of light metal structures, small industries, and private garages. The visitors' interest was also aroused by industrial inverter sources ESAB Fabricator EM 400i/500i, suitable for welding with solid and flux-cored wires and any types of electrodes, as well as ESAB Fabricator ET 410iP - a source for argon-arc TIG welding with high-frequency HF arc ignition on direct DC current, manual arc MMA welding with coated electrode and SPOT welding. The devices are ideal for heavy industry and are designed for harsh working conditions.
Among the latest personal protective equipment at the exhibition were welding masks. For example, the ESAB Sentinel A60 mask, which replaces the award-winning Sentinel A50, features an improved filter with OpTCS™ broad spectrum lighting control technology and optical class 1/1/1/1, as well as a modernized control panel. Another mask, the SAVAGE A40 with PAPR air supply, provides reliable protection against welding fumes and dust during welding, gouging and grinding. An updated version of the Sentinel A60 + PAPR mask was also demonstrated at the stand.
The range of consumables includes: some of the best electrodes in the class
OK 46.00, ANO-21 and MR-3 of Russian production for welding structures made of low-carbon and low-alloy steels, Weld T 308LSi filler rods
and T 316LSi for welding stainless steels, as well as OK Flux 10.71P multi-purpose welding flux.
