Metalloinvest and JSA Group held competition of innovative technologies of digitalization of production


metalloinvest Group and JSA (subsidiary it company metalloinvest, is under the control of "X Holding") held a competition for innovative technology among employees.



the Contest is aimed at identifying promising ideas for improving the operating processes of the Company with the help of digital solutions.



the competition was attended by more than 120 members of JSA, working at the Lebedinsky and Mikhailovsky GOK, OEMK, Ural Steel and in the Center of Innovation. The jury, which included heads of metalloinvest, JSA Group and Accenture, consultant for implementation of digital solutions, has selected 16 projects to be awarded in various categories. Within two days of the contestants in Moscow experts from metalloinvest, JSA and Accenture conducted their master-classes on presentations and helped prepare the speech.



the Winners were Andrei Fomin and Vladimir Moiseev (OEMK) with the project "Neural network control system the reliability of the package in the steel melting shop - 1 of JSC "OEMK". The main idea of the project - the launch of automated technology, which with the help of machine vision on the basis of neural networks will be able to recognize the finished product in order to avoid the "mixing" of metal in the package (the presence of blanks from other parties).



Second place was awarded to the project "Intelligent dispatching system Rudo-transportation enterprise" Vladimir Alekhin and Sergey lemekhov (LGOK). The project aims to automate and streamline the receipt, processing and storage of data on the mining-transport complex.



Third place went to Evgeny Prokhorov (Innovation Center) and Alexander Plotkin (OEMK) with the project "the passport of the employee metalloinvest". The aim of the project is to combine and optimize existing services, increase the transparency of the work of employees and increase their mobility.
