Prospects and Innovations: Meeting of Industry Leaders at MiningWorld Russia 2025

The heroes of the 2025 season were the CHETRA company with the CHETRA and CHAZ brands (Russia), the EVOBLAST Group (Russia), Yu GE HEAVY MACHINERY (China), Kolyma Minerals (Russia), Instroitekhcom (Russia), CFlo World Limited (India).

Opened the route of the CHETRA industrial excursion. The main asset of the company is Cheboksary Aggregate Plant ("CHAZ"), specializing in the production of spare parts and components. Since 2022, the plant has undergone a large-scale modernization: production capacities have been increased, procurement production has been updated, and mechanical and heat treatment technologies have been improved. Today, the company independently manufactures spare parts for both Russian and foreign equipment, including for cars of brands that have left the market.

"The crisis in international relations has given a new impetus to our engineering development, opening up niches previously occupied by European brands. In 2024, we mastered the production of 17 new products, including a unique area for Russia — tension wheels for foreign equipment. The plant is one of the few in the country with its own large—scale foundry: wheels weighing up to 600 kg are made from solid cast blanks, which ensures their high reliability and durability," said Irina Alekseevna Malkova, Sales Director of Spare parts and Components at CHETRA LLC.

Many mining enterprises today face the task of developing new deposits, switching to underground mining at old mines while maintaining infrastructure and deepening exploration of the subsurface. In response to these trends, CHETRA presented a new direction at the MiningWorld Russia 2025 exhibition — the production of mining equipment. The "underground" line includes machines in explosion-proof and mining versions for mines that are dangerous for gas and dust.
