4000 hours of reliable operation: VAS2x500 charging machines from GCH Fartsoige

The VAS2x500 is designed for charging boreholes and production wells with a granular explosive based on ammonium nitrate (ANFO). Thanks to its well-thought-out configuration, small dimensions and articulated chassis design, the mobile mining machine is not afraid of Russian underground mines. It is capable of charging from 3 to 5 sinking faces per shift, and also effectively charges rising wells for ore extraction. According to customers, the actual operating time of the VAS2x500 over 1.5 years of operation is about 4,000 operating hours.

The car with 4x4 all-wheel drive, a Powershift gearbox and an articulated frame is equipped with two 250/350/500 liter ANFO tanks. If necessary, it can be equipped with a high-performance compressor, a charging hose pusher and a pneumatic explosive loading system, which greatly facilitates the work of explosives. The equipment complies with the international CE standard, and its cabin meets the requirements of ROPS and FOPS level 2, ensuring operator safety.

Already 9 units of equipment have proven themselves well in operation during the development of copper deposits in the Ural region, as well as in underground mines in Yakutia, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Magadan region.
