TMK won in several nominations of the "Best Corporate Media – 2025" contest

The Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) became the winner of the competition "The best corporate Media – 2025" of the Association of Directors of Communications and Corporate Media of Russia (AKMR). TMK's projects have been awarded in seven categories.

The "Grand Prix" of the competition was won by the corporate intranet portal WEDNESDAY, launched at TMK in the spring of this year. The digital ENVIRONMENT provides unified access to all internal resources of the company, while simultaneously adapting content to each user, depending on the location and position of the employee. Employees can also submit their innovation proposals here through a special aggregator "Exchange of Ideas" and solve a wide range of work tasks: from ordering stationery to tracking the loading of factory equipment in real time.

Maria Makovetskaya, Head of Corporate Media at TMK's Directorate for External Communications and Corporate Media, was recognized as the best corporate media editor. Under her leadership, the company's corporate publications are published — YourTube magazine, eight factory newspapers and the proTMK corporate newspaper, which also won the AKMR competition in the nomination "B2P — Intra-Corporate Media/Newspaper".

ProTMK special projects were awarded separately"Let's go to the factory" and "The factory as art" — they won prizes for "The best content solution" and "The most innovative content solution". The first one is dedicated to the memories of factory workers about the visits of famous cosmonauts to enterprises and the impressions of the space pioneers themselves about the company's factories. "The Factory as Art" presented to the readers a gallery of artifacts created at TMK enterprises or inspired by them, as well as an interview with the Ural writer Alexey Ivanov about industrial art.

A special project on a creative theme also won an award for the corporate magazine YourTube — an issue with materials on industrial architecture was recognized as the "Best Special issue". In it, readers were told about the creative solutions implemented at TMK enterprises in the field of industrial design and, in general, about industrial architecture as a cultural phenomenon.

TMK "Trubnik Online" digital brand media won the main nomination "Industry categories/The best media in the field of industry, production and construction". The number of views increased fivefold and the number of unique visitors increased sevenfold on the information media platform launched in 2023 between May 2024 and May 2025. This increase was made possible by the release of diverse and exclusive content aimed at a wide audience: from expert industry materials to thematic historical excursions. So, by May 9, a separate landing page with texts was published on the "Trubnik Online" portal.
